A: There is a maximum upload file size limit set on the system. Make sure your file attachment is less than 5MB. Also, as at the time of writing, there is a known glitch with the permissions on the system that means that you may not have rights to upload attachments to the defualt directory. The HCHNET project team are looking into a resolution to this issue.
